STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)
Our students participate in weekly STEM lessons in our state-of-the-art STEM Studio, the only one of its kind in the area. The Studio was launched in early 2022.
Our students learn to:
- write code to create animations
- use the 3D printer,
- program robots
- experience the virtual reality headsets, and
- create film using green screen technology.
Students engage in problem solving, collaboration, iterative design and product design. The products and artefacts they produce are shared with the broader community at art shows and other community events.
